Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the Department of Education should develop a primary and secondary school curriculum on the history of the Nazi rise to power in Germany, the social and economic forces which were foundations of Nazism, and the resulting Holocaust perpetrated against humanity by the Nazis.
