Designates majority party membership on the following standing committees of the House of Representatives: (1) Agriculture; (2) Appropriations; (3) Armed Services; (4) Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs; (5) Budget; (6) Education and Labor; (7) Energy and Commerce; (8) Foreign Affairs; (9) Government Operations; (10) Interior and Insular Affairs; (11) Judiciary; (12) Merchant Marine and Fisheries; (13) Public Works and Transportation; (14) Rules; (15) Science, Space, and Technology; (16) Small Business; (17) Veterans' Affairs; and (18) Ways and Means.
