Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1995, the duty on: (1) roto textile spinning machinery; (2) rotary screen print machinery; (3) airjet weaving machines for weaving fabrics of a width exceeding 30 cm; and (4) projectile looms for weaving fabrics of a width exceeding 30 cm.
