Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1995, the duty on: (1) roto autocoro textile spinning machinery; (2) rotary screen print machinery; (3) airjet weaving machines and accessories of a width exceeding 30 cm; and (4) projectile looms of a width exceeding 30 cm.
