Three-Time Loser Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal criminal code to require a court to sentence a defendant convicted of a Federal violent felony to life imprisonment if the defendant had previously been convicted of two or more other violent felonies, at least two of which occurred during separate criminal episodes.
Specifies that this Act shall not be construed to prevent the imposition of the death penalty.
