To improve the management of Indian fish and wildlife resources on Indian lands, and for other purposes.
Indian Fish and Wildlife Resource Enhancement Act of 1993 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) to establish the Indian Fish and Wildlife Resource Management Program.
Authorizes the Secretray to provide financial and technical assistance to enable Indian tribes to: (1) review and update tribal codes governing fish and wildlife management; (2) train personnel; and (3) assess fish and wildlife resources.
Directs the Secretary to: (1) establish an Indian Fish Hatchery Program within the Bureau of Indian Affairs; and (2) enter into contracts with or grants to Indian tribes for an Indian Bison Conservation Program.
Directs the Secretary to establish a Fish and Wildlife Resources Intern Program and related outreach postgraduate, scholarship, and recruitment programs.
Authorizes appropriations.
