Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to design and strike a bronze medal in commemoration of individuals who were killed or wounded in combat operations at the Battle of Midway during World War II. Provides for: (1) certification by the Secretary of Defense of individuals eligible for receipt of such medal; and (2) presentation to the appropriate individuals or their next of kin.
Authorizes appropriations.
