To amend title 10, United States Code, to include chiropractic care as an authorized health care benefit under the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services.

Includes chiropractic care as an authorized health care benefit provided under the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS).

Directs the Secretaries of Defense and Health and Human Services to establish a chiropractic review board to provide assistance to such Secretaries in the administration of the chiropractic care program under CHAMPUS.
