Veterans' Choice of Representation Act
To authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide emergency assistance to homeless veterans and their families affected by Hurricane Katrina, and for other purposes.
To provide that, for the period ending August 31, 2007, veterans affected by Hurricane Katrina shall have access to health care from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
To extend for persons affected by Hurricane Katrina the time for appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims of certain decisions of the Board of Veterans Appeals that are rendered during the period from June 1, 2005, through November 30, 2005.
