Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1993 - Title I: Reorganization of the Headquarters - Reorganizes the Department of Agriculture. Sets forth the Department's composition and officers.
Title II: Reorganization of the Provision of Services to Farmers - Establishes in the Department the Farm Services Administration to consolidate farmer service programs, field offices, and specified Department agencies.
Title III: Miscellaneous Provisions - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to: (1) reduce Department headquarters personnel; and (2) establish a centralized data system within the Farm Services Administration.
Expresses the sense of the Congress in favor of farm program simplification.
