A concurrent resolution to state the finding of Congress that the Amendment to the Constitution of the United States relating to compensation for Members of Congress has been duly ratified, and for other purposes.

States the finding of the Congress that: (1) the proposed Constitutional amendment, relating to the prohibition against varying the compensation of Members of Congress until an intervening election of Representatives, has been duly ratified; (2) the Archivist has stated that he shall publish such amendment as part of the Constitution; and (3) the Congress shall enact all laws relating to compensation of Members of Congress pursuant to such amendment.
