Golden Gate National Recreation Area Addition Act of 1992 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire, by donation or purchase with donated or appropriated funds, certain lands in San Mateo County, California.
Prohibits the Federal share of such acquisition from exceeding 50 percent of the purchase price of the lands.
Amends Federal law to include such lands in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, California.
Directs the Secretary to revise the boundary of such Area to reflect the inclusion of such lands.
