To provide for the addition of certain lands to the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Mateo County, California.
Golden Gate National Recreation Area Addition Act of 1991 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire certain donated land in San Mateo County, California.
Amends Federal law to include such lands in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, California.
Directs the Secretary to revise the boundary of such Area to reflect the inclusion of such land.
