Lower Mississippi River Museum and Riverfront Interpretive Site Act of 1992 - Directs the Secretary of the Army to establish and operate the Lower Mississippi River Museum and Riverfront Interpretive Site in Vicksburg, Mississippi, to promote an understanding of the Lower Mississippi River and the United States Army Corps of Engineers' role in developing and managing that resource.
