A bill to authorize an exchange of lands in the States of Arkansas and Idaho.
Arkansas-Idaho Land Exchange Act of 1992 - Provides for the exchange of lands in Arkansas and Idaho between the United States and the Potlatch Corporation.
Withdraws lands conveyed to the Corporation from appropriation under the public land, mining, and mineral and geothermal leasing laws.
Makes certain executive orders involving power site reservations inapplicable to certain lands and removes lands conveyed to the Corporation from a Bureau of Land Management Indemnity List Classification.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to add acquired lands in Arkansas to the Cache River and White River National Wildlife Refuges.
Requires lands within the Grandmother Mountain Wilderness Study Area which are transferred to the Forest Service to be managed to preserve their suitability for designation as wilderness.
Adjusts the boundaries of the Ouachita National Forest.
