Arkansas-Idaho Land Exchange Act of 1992 - Provides for the exchange of lands of approximately equal value in Arkansas and Idaho between the Federal Government and the Potlatch Corporation.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) to add specified lands acquired through the exchange to the Cache River and White River National Wildlife Refuges.
Directs that lands within the Grandmother Mountain Wilderness Study Area transferred to the Forest Service under this Act shall be managed so as not to impair their wilderness suitability until completion of a specified land and resource plan revision.
Directs the Secretary and the Secretary of Agriculture to prepare a specified environmental analysis.
