Rule provides for consideration of the conference report to H.R. 5679. Upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to consider the conference report and amendments reported from conference in disagreement on H.R. 5679. All points of order against the conference report and against its consideration are waived. The conference report, amendments in disagreement, and motions printed in the joint expanatory statement of the committee of conference to dispose of amendments in disagreement shall be considered as read.
