Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 5334 with 1 hour of general debate. Previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motions except motion to recommit. Specified amendments are in order. It shall be in order to consider the amendment in the nature of a substitute recommended by the Committee on Banking now printed in the bill. All points of order against the substitute for failure to comply with clause 5 (a) of rule XXI shall be waived. No amendment to said substitute shall be in order, except those printed in the report accompanying this resolution (H. Rpt. 102-781), said amendments to be considered read and debatatble for 20 minutes each and shall not be subject to amendment or a demand for division. All points of order against the amendments shall be waived.
