Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 1821 of title 28, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: `(f) A person convicted of crime and serving a Federal, State, or other prison sentence pursuant to that conviction shall be ineligible to receive the fees or allowances provided by this section.'.
