To suspend until January 1, 1995, the duty on certain chemicals.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1994, the duty on: (1) 3-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-5-(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxy-benzenepropanoic acid, C7-9-alkyl, branched and linear, esters; (2) poly (oxy-1,2-ethanediyl), alpha-(3-(3-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-5-(1,1-dimethylethyl) -4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-oxopropyl)-omega-(3-(3-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-5- (1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-oxpropoxy); and (3) bis-(1,2,2,6, 6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl) sebacate.
