To establish a deficit reduction trust fund and a build America trust fund in the Treasury of the United States.
Deficit Reduction Trust Fund Act of 1992 - Establishes the Deficit Reduction Trust Fund. Tranfers to such Fund amounts as specified by Acts of Congress. Requires investment in U.S. bonds of a portion of such Fund.
Establishes the Build America Trust Fund consisting of interest earned on obligations in the Deficit Reduction Trust Fund.
