To apply to administrative judges of the Merit Systems Protection Board certain protections afforded to administrative law judges appointed under section 3105 of title 5, United States Code, and for other purposes.
Merit Systems Protection Board Administrative Judges Protection Act of 1991 - Gives Merit Systems Protection Board administrative judges the same protections afforded to administrative law judges respecting: (1) removal, suspension, and reduction in grade and pay; (2) rotation of case assignments; and (3) performance appraisal.
