To amend title 5, United States Code, to provide for the forfeit of the retirement annuity of an individual convicted of bribery.
Anti-Bribery Act of 1991 - Provides under the Civil Service Retirement System for the forfeit of the annuity or retired pay of a Member of Congress or an individual employed by the Federal Government or by the District of Columbia who is convicted of the bribery of a public official or witness.
