To extend authorizations of appropriations for certain youth programs under the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988.

Amends the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 to extend through FY 1995 the authorization of appropriations for specified programs for drug abuse education and prevention: (1) relating to youth gangs; and (2) for runaway and homeless youth.

Amends the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989 to replace a reference to the National Narcotics Leadership Act of 1988 with a reference to the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988.
