To amend chapter 3 of title 11, United States Code, to modify the compensation for private bankruptcy trustees; and for other purposes.
Bankruptcy Trustee Compensation Improvement Amendments of 1991- Amends the Federal bankruptcy code to revise the compensation formula for private bankruptcy trustees.
Increases from $20 to $45 the statutory fee for trustee services.
