Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of Agriculture is authorized to transfer all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the sewage collection and treatment system facilities located at the Lake Wenatchee Ranger District, Wenatchee National Forest, to Public Utility District No. 1 of Chelan County, Washington, in exchange for equal value in sewer charges to the Secretary from such facilities, as determined by the Secretary.
