Lechuguilla Cave Study Act of 1989 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the National Park Service, to revise the general management plan for Carlsbad Caverns National Park, New Mexico, to include a study of the most appropriate ways to protect and interpret Lechuguilla Cave. Requires the Secretary to submit such revised plan to specified congressional committees. Authorizes appropriations.
