All points of order against consideration of the conference report for failure to comply with the provisions of section 302 (f) of the Congressional Budget Act and against consideration of the motions printed in the joint statement of the managers to dispose of Senate amendments Nos. 43 and 80 for failure to comply with the provisions of section 303 (a) of the Congressional Budget Act and to dispose of Senate amendment No. 187 for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 7 of rule XVI are waived.
