Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Scholarship Act - Establishes the Dwight D. Eisenhower Scholarship Foundation and the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Scholarship Trust Fund to award scholarships to college and university undergraduates who intend to pursue careers in public service.
