Bridge Administration Transfer Act - Transfers from the Secretary of Transportation to the Secretary of the Army, with specified exceptions, the administration of bridges and causeways over navigable waters, including all related authority, functions, and duties. Makes such transfer effective within one year of this Act's enactment.
Makes conforming amendments to the Rivers and Harbors Appropriations Act of 1899, the Bridge Act of 1906, the Truman-Hobbs Act, the General Bridge Act of 1946, and the International Bridge Act of 1972.
Directs the Secretary of the Army to submit to the Congress a compilation of Federal laws relating to waterway structure administration.
