Interstate Compact - Grants congressional approval to amendments of the State of Maryland, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the District of Columbia to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Regulation Compact. Prohibits amendments from being made to the Compact after enactment of this joint resolution unless the Congress consents to and approves such amendments by law or resolution. Reserves to the Congress the right to alter, amend, or repeal this resolution.
