Authorizes expenditures by the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry from March 1, 1987, through February 29, 1988, to: (1) employ personnel; (2) use, on a reimbursable basis, the services of agency personnel; (3) procure consultant services; (4) train professional staff; and (5) make expenditures from the contingent fund.
