Authorizes the Senate Select Committee on Indian Affairs from March 1, 1987, through February 29, 1988, to: (1) make expenditures from the contingent fund; (2) employ personnel; (3) utilize department or agency personnel on a reimbursable basis; (4) procure consultant services; and (5) provide for training its professional staff.
