A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to allow for coverage under the health benefits program of unmarried dependent children between ages 22 and 23 if they are full-time students.

Amends provisions of law relating to the Federal health insurance program to allow coverage under such program of an unmarried dependent child between 22 and 23 years of age who is a student regularly pursuing a full-time course of study or training in residence in a junior college, college, university, or comparable recognized educational institution.
