A bill to amend title XVI of the Social Security Act to make certain that no individual is determined to be ineligible for SSI benefits for any month solely because his or her income for that month is received on a weekly or biweekly basis.

Amends title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) (SSI) of the Social Security Act to provide that, where an individual receives income on a regular weekly or biweekly basis at a rate which would make the individual ineligible, the income shall be determined as though it were being received on a regular monthly basis, if to treat it as being received monthly would make the individual eligible.
