A bill for the relief of Norman Brookens.

Deems a named individual, by reason of his detention and internment by enemy forces in Southeast Asia from 1968 until 1973 while he was employed by the Agency for International Development, to be a veteran who is a former prisoner of war for purposes of eligibility for medical care provided by the Veterans Administration under specified provisions of Federal law.
