A bill to provide that real estate and operating loans under the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act shall be made only to farmers and ranchers of States which establish procedures for mediating farm loans made by Federal entities.
Farm Loan Mediation Act of 1987 - Prohibits the Secretary of Agriculture from making loans under the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act to persons in States not having a loan mediation system.
