A bill to amend section 207(e) of title 18, United States Code, to require that the Executive Office of the President be treated as a single agency or department.

Requires that the Executive Office of the President be treated as a single agency or department for purposes of the law which prohibits certain former Government employees from representing other persons with the intent to influence the Government.
