A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress with respect to the renegotiation of a long-term trade agreement with the Soviet Union.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the United States: (1) renew a long-term agricultural trade agreement with the Soviet Union; (2) pursue broader agricultural trade agreements with such country; and (3) work to expand past bilateral trade agreements in accordance with the Soviet Union's declaration to practice economic openness.
