A bill to amend section 502 (b) of the Mutual Security Act of 1954 to reinstitute specific accounting requirements for foreign currency expenditures in connection with congressional travel outside the United States.

A bill to amend section 5051 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (relating to the Federal excise tax on beer).

A bill to authorize the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to conduct research and development programs to increase knowledge of tornadoes, hurricanes, large thunderstorms, and other types of short-term weather phenomena, and to develop methods for predicting, detecting, and monitoring such atmospheric behavior.

A bill to amend part B of title XI of the Social Security Act to provide a more effective administration of Professional Standards Review of health care services, to expand the Professional Standards Review Organization activity to include review of services performed by or in federally operated health care institutions, and to protect the confidentiality of medical records.
