Disaster Assistance Act of 1989

Designating the week of March 1 through 7, 1990, as "National Quarter Horse Week".

To amend title 23, United States Code, and the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 to repeal provisions establishing a national maximum speed limit.

To provide the authority for Lake Meredith National Recreation Area to enter into a management agreement for public recreational use on lands administered by the Bureau of Mines.
