Line Item Veto Act

To extend the period for credit or refund of certain overpayments of the windfall profit tax on domestic crude oil.

To authorize financial assistance for the Tougaloo College of Tougaloo, Mississippi.

To provide for the acquisition of the William Johnson House and its addition to the Natchez National Historical Park, and for other purposes.

To provide for the establishment of the Margaret Walker Alexander National African-American Research Center.
