Independent Oil Marketers Supply Act
A bill to amend the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972 to provide that where a State uses a uniform system for equalizing valuation for purposes of local taxes on real property, such State may provide that, for purposes of determining the general tax effort factor of units of local government, special weight is to be given to the respective rates of real property taxation applied by such units.
A bill to direct the Interstate Commerce Commission to make regulations that certain railroad vehicles be equipped with reflectors or luminous material so that they can be readily seen at night.
A bill to establish rational criteria for the mandatory imposition of the sentence of death, and for other purposes.
A bill to amend title IV of the Social Security Act to allow a State in its discretion to such extent as it deems appropriate, to use the dual signature method of making payments of aid to families with dependent children under its approved State plan.
