A bill to authorize social security coverage, under the agreement entered into with the State of Connecticut pursuant to section 218 of the Social Security Act, for certain employees of the city of Hartford who are not members of such city's municipal retirement plan, and to validate the past coverage of such employees in cases where wage reports were duly filed and the prescribed equivalent of social security taxes was duly paid.
