Small Business Direct Expensing Act of 1980

A bill to provide that flammability standards promulgated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and applicable to items of children's sleepwear also shall be applicable to items of children's underwear.

A bill to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the annual review of immigrant student visas, for the automatic review of such a visa whenever the student is convicted of a criminal offense, and to make a nonimmigrant student who is convicted of a criminal offense subject to deportation.

A bill to amend the Federal Railroad Safety Act of 1970 to strengthen State enforcement of railroad safety laws.

A bill to provide that social security benefit increases occurring after May 1979 shall not be considered in determining eligibility for, or benefits under, certain Federal housing programs.
