A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate with regard to a vote on any amendment to the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that no vote occur on any amendment to the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act) until there has been made available to the Senate membership a transcript of hearings on that topic held by the Committee on Governmental Affairs on July 23, 1986.
