A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate that certain prisoners in Cuba be granted asylum.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that: (1) certain named, released Cuban political prisoners be granted asylum in the United States; (2) political prisoners not be used to effect policy changes by the Cuban Government; and (3) the Department of State seek other means to accomplish reinstatement of the December 14, 1985, Immigration Accord.
