A resolution to express the sense of the Senate that the State of Florida and the Secretary of Agriculture should participate in the cooperative Federal-State program to detect, control, and eradicate citrus canker infestation in the State of Florida.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that: (1) Florida should participate in the cooperative Federal-State citrus canker control program in accordance with a specified agreement between the Secretary of Agriculture and Florida; and (2) if Florida participates in such program, so should the Secretary.
