Declares that the Senate: (1) reaffirms its support for free elections in the Philippines, scheduled for February 7, 1986; (2) stresses the importance of the National Citizen Movement for a Free Election in monitoring the elections; (3) expresses its support for the official U.S. delegation sent by the President to observe such elections; and (4) reaffirms its commitment to the principles spelled out in H. Con. Res. 232.
