A resolution to encourage the Environmental Protection Agency to take all necessary action to avoid the long-term disruption of the Superfund program.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that the Environmental Protection Agency should maintain the infrastructure of the Superfund program and notify the appropriate congressional committees of the funds needed to continue such program prior to long-term reauthorization.
